Colorado Nurse License Plates in 2024, Again

Nurse License Plates are Still Available

Hey everyone, check this out! Building on the amazing work started by Jennifer Allen-Thomas, RN, the Colorado Nurses Foundation and the Colorado Nurses Association have joined forces with House Representative Kyle Mullica and Daneya Esgar to bring a Colorado Nurses license plate to our state! With your support, these license plates will help shine a spotlight on the incredible work of nurses in Colorado. Plus, the money raised from the sale of these awesome license plates will go towards providing nursing scholarships for minority populations. How amazing is that? And get this—the plate was designed by the talented artist Melanie Simonet, who generously donated her services as a gift to nurses in Colorado.

By making a $50.00 donation to the Colorado Nurses Foundation, not only will you receive a certificate to take to the DMV, you'll also become a crucial part of this fantastic initiative. Your donation will allow you to purchase the plates and support the cause of providing scholarships for minority nurses. Let's show our appreciation to our incredible nurses and make a positive impact in our community!

The $50.00 certificate donation fee will support scholarships for minority nurses via the following:

  • Philippine Nurses Association of Colorado (PNACO),
  • Council of Black Nurses,
  • Eastern Colorado Council of Black Nurses,
  • Hispanic Nurses Association,
  • and CNF.
Go to Colorado Nurses Foundation to order your certificate online.
